Established in 1995, Tailong Hardware and Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in a broad range of industrial products such as castings, parts, and machines. Through the company's efficient work, Tailong has built close relations with customers from around the world.

Apart from our business office, we also have our own foundry and workshop. Castings are poured according to clients' drawings or samples. Precision components can be made with our CNC machine tools. As our company continues to expand, we have brought in more foundries and equipment to meet increasing demand and capacity.

We produce various classes of castings in grey iron, ductile iron, malleable iron, and other metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings range from several grams to several tons.

The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from the customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of detail required.

Next, green sand molds are made on a simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger; shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax patterns used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines.

Finally, we ensure the quality of each product. Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness testers, and tensile strength machines.
